Website Terms of Use

Indicative pricing, sales contracts and disclaimers.

These terms govern your use of sunnn.co. By using this website you agree to the terms below. Nothing on this site is a contract for sale, all installations are governed by a written sales contract between you and Sunnn Pty Ltd.

Cooling-off and termination rights

If an agreement results from unsolicited contact by us (for example a door knock or a cold call), it is an unsolicited consumer agreement under the Australian Consumer Law. You have a 10-business-day cooling-off period from the day after you sign, during which you may cancel without penalty and receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

You may also cancel at any time before installation commences. If you cancel outside any applicable cooling-off period, we may retain only our reasonable costs actually incurred, and we will refund the balance of any amounts paid. Your full cancellation, refund and consumer guarantee rights are set out in your written proposal.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Sunnn provides a 5-year whole-of-system warranty covering the operation and performance of your installed system, including workmanship. This is in addition to the manufacturer warranties on your panels, inverter and battery, and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To make a warranty or consumer guarantee claim, contact Sunnn Pty Ltd, 2/600 Lorimer St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207, info@sunnn.co, 0468 028 117.

Indicative pricing

Pricing shown on this site is indicative and based on a typical single-storey metro AU home with a tin or tile roof. Final pricing is determined by site-specific factors including roof type and condition, switchboard upgrade requirements, asbestos, tilt-frame requirements, and meter changeover. The number on your written quote is the number you pay.

STCs and federal rebate

STCs and the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program rebate are administered by the Clean Energy Regulator. Eligibility, system size limits and discount values are set by the program and published at cleanenergyregulator.gov.au.

Finance

Finance referenced on this site is provided by third-party lenders (Brighte, Plenti, Humm) under their own Australian Credit Licence. Approval is subject to credit assessment. Sunnn does not provide credit and is not a credit licensee.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all warranties not expressly given. Where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the relevant service or the cost of re-supply.
